We would like to draw your attention to a series of lectures at the Measuring Behavior conference on August 28, 2012 in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The lectures cover the state-of-the-art in recording and assessing the behavior of car drivers and aircraft pilots. Topics include workload assessment, driver state estimation and experiment design.
Speakers are from different parts of the world and have both academic and commercial backgrounds.

- Katja Kircher , Christer Ahlström - Can We Trust Driver Behaviour Assessment? Examples from Research in Simulators and in the Field.
- Joost de Winter, Peter van Leeuwen, Riender Happee - Advantages and Disadvantages of Driving Simulators: A Discussion.
- Michel Alders, Joop Pauwelussen, Riender Happee - Managing driver workload using continuous driver workload assessment.
- Zon, Rolf - Selection of a measurement battery for human behaviour assessment in serious games in the aviation domain.
The lectures will end with a live Driver Assessment demonstration. The demonstration will include a driving simulator, eye tracking, video recording and driver state estimation.
